News & AwardsWe are hiring!To help continue to raise the quality of our wines, we are looking to hire a Vineyard Manager – someone that can ensure the long-term health of our vineyards and deliver consistently high-quality harvests to our cellar team. The successful candidate will be expected to do the following:• Build and manage a team of vineyard workers • Draft and execute a vineyard plan that delivers the best fruit to the cellar team • Liaise with vineyard suppliers as needed • Work with other Coyote’s Run growers to ensure optimum quality of delivered fruit The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:• Minimum 5 years experience in vineyard management • Intimate knowledge of cool-climate viticulture and industry best practices • Complete familiarity with vineyard tractors and related equipment • Self-starter, able to work independently • Goal-driven and highly-motivated • A team player, able to work and interact with many different players • Functional knowledge of office software • Willing to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Requirements include the following:• Possession of a valid ON Driver’s License is a requirement • Possession of a valid Ministry spray certificate Application Deadline:Interested applicants should forward a resume with cover letter outlining their qualifications no later than Dec 23 2011 to Jeff Aubry, either by fax (905.682.1166) or by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
