General Tour

What is Malolactic fermentation? How do you say Gewürztraminer?  Planning a visit to wine country and are unsure of when to sniff, swirl, sip or spit?  Why not book a tour for you or your group at Coyote’s Run Estate Winery and let us educate you on the in’s and out’s of all things wine in Niagara.  Learn about the different grape varietals and the winemaking process while strolling through our vineyard and winemaking facility (weather permitting). Cheese Please!

Experience the charm of our small winery as your tour begins in the vineyard and takes you from the vine to the glass.  Learn about the winemaking process as well as cheese and wine pairings.  Your tour includes a tasting of 3 of our premium wines, including Icewine that are all specially paired with 3 different, artisinal, Canadian cheeses. $15 per person, includes a $5 rebate towards purchase in our boutique, reservations required, minimum 6 people. Red Wine and Chocolate Tour

Did you know that chocolate is full of potent antioxidants, the same as those found in red wine, and may be good for your health? They taste so good together, we just can't think of a better way to get healthy!
